In fact, many people have returned to Expedition to rent vehicles year after year. Still, others have rented motorhomes from us in the past and have been inspired to purchase their own — paving the way for a lifetime of road trip adventures. Motorhome ownership, however, isn’t as easy as owning a car. The vehicles themselves are expensive and require more frequent and more unique maintenance than a standard vehicle. How does it work?
It’s really quite simple. If you are not getting much use out of your motorhome, bring it to Expedition Motorhomes and we will rent it out to vacationers for you when you’re not using it! The experts at Expedition will handle everything from advertising to arranging rentals, accepting payment, maintaining and storing your vehicle, and making repairs. It’s totally hands-off for you! And, when the time comes for you to take a vacation of your own, just call us with the dates you need it and we’ll black them out on the rental calendar.
What’s in it for you?
At the end of the day, profit! Expedition will take care of all of the logistics and we will split the rental fee. Depending on your vehicle and how much you want to rent it the supplementary income you will make can be enough to make monthly payments, pay insurance and registration, cover maintenance needs and other fees and taxes. After all of that, you will still likely have a couple of thousand extra dollars going straight into your bank account. Because this is technically a business venture, you can also bank some additional tax deductions!
