REQUIRED to rent any of the Motor Homes.
Minimum Rental Periods:
Winter, Spring – 3 Night Minimum
Summer Season and All Holidays – 7 Night Minimum
All rentals include 125 free miles, per rental night.
Additional Mileage Charge, in excess of free miles: $.32 per mile for next 250 miles (next 125 miles if based on weekend rate). The next 250 are at @ .78/mile (125 if weekend rate), all miles beyond this are $1.59 per mile. Please contact rental agent for exact quote on additional miles.
ALL miles are included in trailer rentals.

*includes exterior cleaning, all toilet chemicals, all toilet tissue, hoses, connectors, adaptors, and 1 hour orientation on how to use
the RV/trailer. Trailer kits include weight distribution hitch, 2 5/16 inch ball, sway bars and electrical connection from trailer to your SUV/truck.
ELECTRONIC BRAKE CONTROLLERS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL TRAILER AND TOY HAULER RENTALS. Rentals, sales and installation of brake controllers are available. Call office for details and pricing.
Cleaning Fee (mandatory on all units):
This service includes the dumping and sanitizing of the black and gray holding tanks, interior cleaning of the RV, and propane tank refill. The cost is as follows:
$95.00 (Travel Trailers and Toy Haulers)
$129.00 (Class C units)
$179.00 (Class A, gas and diesel)
Towing is allowed on select units. There is a charge of $49.00 plus $.10 per mile. Please contact the rental office for allowable weights, etc. when towing.
The rental includes 4 hours of generator use free with each rental
night. Any additional use is charged at $3.00 per hour.
Travel Trailers DO NOT include generators.
Insurance must be provided by the renter through their own auto insurance
carrier OR purchased directly through our insurance provider. Please visit the Rental Insurance Page for more details.
$525.00 partial payment is required to place and hold a reservation.

$500.00 14-20 days before departure
Full rental free less than 13 days before departure.
One free rescheduling at no charge. $100.00 fee for each reschedule after that.
$500.00 – $3000.00 depending on unit size. This can be paid in Cash, check or credit card.
The Security Deposit is refunded to the renter within 7-10 business days of RV return as long as there is no damage to the unit.
Pick up / Return Times:
Pick up times are between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the departure date, by appointment. The RV’s are due back by 12:00 PM on the return date. A fee of $50.00 per hour applies to all late returns and early pick ups.
We do allow 1 small domesticated animal for a fee of $20.00/per night and a $100.00 security deposit. The unit must be returned with absolutely NO evidence of a pet, or renter will be charge $500.00 cleaning and fumigation fee. See Pet Addendum for details.
