Trailer and Toy Hauler Rental Rates

A special license is NOT
REQUIRED to rent any of the Motor Homes.

Minimum Rental Periods:

Winter, Spring – 3 Night Minimum

Summer Season and All Holidays – 7 Night Minimum

Mileage Charges:
There are NO mileage charges for Travel Trailers.

Starter Kit (mandatory on all units):
$125.00
*includes exterior cleaning, all toilet chemicals, all toilet tissue, hoses, connectors, adaptors, 1 hour orientation on how to use the Travel Trailer, Weight Distribution Hitch, 2 5/16″ Ball, Sway Bars, and connection of Travel Trailer to your truck/SUV.

Cleaning Fee (mandatory on all units):
This service includes the dumping and sanitizing of the black and gray holding tanks, interior cleaning of the trailer, and propane tank refill. The cost is as follows:

Brake Controller:

All Travel Trailers have electric brakes. As such, it is REQUIRED that your truck/SUV have a brake controller installed. 1st Choice RV does sell and install brake controllers. Please call the rental office at 949-481-3900 for details and pricing. There are NO exceptions and NO refunds will be issued if you show up without a brake controller.

Tow Hitch:

In order to rent a travel trailer, your truck/SUV must have a Class III receiver hitch and wiring for a 7-pin plug. We provide the weight distribution hitch, 2 5/16″ ball and sway bars. We also provide complete hookup of the trailer to your truck/SUV.

Generator:

There are NO generators on Travel Trailers.

The Toy Hauler DOES have a generator. 4 free hours per night are included in the rental. Additional hours are prices at $3.00 per hour.

Rental Insurance:
The renter MUST provide proof of insurance for towing vehicle.

Reservation Deposit:
$525.00 partial payment is required to place or hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

$100.00 with application and less more than 21 days before departure.

$500.00 14-20 days before departure.

Full Rental Fee for any cancellations 13 days or less before departure.

One free rescheduling is allowed at no charge.

Security Deposit:
$750.00- $1500.00. This can be paid is cash, check or credit card.

The Security Deposit is refunded to the Renter within 7-10 business days of  Trailer return as long as there is no damage to the unit.

Pick up / Return Times:

Pick up times are between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the departure date, by appointment. The travel trailers are due back by 12:00 PM on the return date. A fee of $25.00 per hour applies to all late returns and early pick ups.

Pets:
One small domesticated animal is allowed for $20.00 per night, plus $100 refundable security deposit. Please see Pet Addendum for details.

Smoking:
Sorry, but we do NOT allow smoking in any of our units.

Mexico:

Sorry, but we do NOT allow travel into Mexico with any of our units.
