Mileage Charges:
There are NO mileage charges for Party Trailers.
Starter Kit
(mandatory on all units):
$85.00
*includes hitch, ball and connecting trailer to
your vehicle along with orientation on how to use
the trailer.
Brake Controller:
All Party Trailers come standard with surge
brakes. A Brake Controller is NOT required.
Tow Hitch:
In order to rent a party trailer, your truck/SUV
must have a Class III receiver hitch and wiring for an electrical plug. We
provide the hitch and ball. We also provide complete hookup
of the party trailer to your truck/SUV.
Generator:
There are NO generators on Party Trailers.
Prepaid Cleaning Option:
The renter may choose the Prepaid Cleaning Option prior to
departure. The cost for this service is $95.00 and includes the
dumping of the holding tank, interior cleaning and propane tank refill.
Rental
Insurance:
The renter MUST supply an
Insurance Binder from his/her own auto insurance company. Coverage
must include collision, comprehensive and liability. 1st Choice RV
must be named "additional insured" and "loss payee."
Reservation Deposit:
20% of the total rental price ($250.00 minimum), which is
applied toward the rental balance. This deposit is refundable up to
45 days of departure. A $45.00 administrative and processing fee applies to all cancellations.
Security Deposit:
$500.00
The Security Deposit is refunded to the Renter within 5 business days of Party Trailer return as long as there is no damage to the unit.
Pick up / Return Times:
Pick up times are between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on
the departure date, by appointment. The party trailers are due back
by 12:00 PM on the return date. A fee of $25.00 per hour applies to
all late returns and early pick ups.
